At Octo Massager, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@octomassager.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
