Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Malaysia (Domestic)

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

• Standard International: 7–21 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
